Base Litigation Support
Is included at no additional charge for all service offerings
- Root Cause Analysis and organization of supporting documentation for determination of issues
- Coordinate expert testimony IME or PHAD panel, Certified Code Review and Audit Professionals
- Fee Schedule support to assist with identification of CPT codes and provide supporting data from Ingenix
- Code Review Support - includes a narrative written by a certified professional coder to explain code review decisions and in person testimony when required
- Ad hoc reports to assist with defense exhibits
Premium Litigation Handling
Expands on Litigation Support to include:
- Review incoming litigation and recommend defense strategy
- Consultation with client counsel as necessary from inception through disposition
- Online Dispute Management Tools / Online access to litigation handling notes
