Integrity, Ethics, and Code of Conduct
"Rooted in Integrity, Growing Through Teamwork." This is the title of the Integrity Program of Concentra, the parent company of Auto Injury Solutions. It speaks to our employees, but it also speaks in a strong voice to our clients, vendors, and potential employees. Since 1999, our company's foundational values have found clear expression in the Concentra Integrity Program, which encompasses our code of business conduct and ethics.
Here are key excerpts from Concentra's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics document:
"Ethical practices – conduct based on fundamental standards of right and wrong – are the bedrock upon which long-term business success is built . . .
"Although the Integrity Program cannot anticipate every possible ethical issue, its powerful statement of Concentra's core values provides sure direction . . .
"For situations that are not specifically addressed in the Integrity Program, its spirit and intent must guide you. Be sensitive to situations that could result in, or give the appearance of, questionable practices or unethical conduct...
"It is important that you use the Integrity Information and Reporting Process to make us aware of possible violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Each of us plays an important role in safeguarding Concentra's reputation and creating the best possible work environment."
Should any concerns arise during the course of business, employees can report compliance concerns anonymously via a special “Integrity Hotline.” Such calls go to an outside organization trained to deal with compliance issues. Employees can also send an e-mail to a special mailbox for integrity- and ethics-related questions.
