Eric J. Smith
Vice President, Product Management, Bill Review Solutions
Eric Smith is the Vice President of Product Management and Bill Review Solutions for Auto Injury Solutions. He has been with Concentra since it acquired National Healthcare Resources in 2001, where he was part of the development team responsible for the claim evaluation and medical bill review products.
Mr. Smith joined the Auto Injury Solutions team to develop and implement the national quality assurance program and lead key strategic initiatives for some of our biggest clients. Prior to Concentra, he was a senior practice director of surgery, ophthalmology, dentistry, and gynecology at Children’s Hospital, and the department head of gastroenterology at New England Medical Center.
Mr. Smith has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree from PECS University-School of Medicine in biophysics.
