Doug Taylor
Assistant Vice President, Product Management, Medical Advisory Solutions
Doug Taylor is Assistant Vice President of Product Management and is responsible for the Medical Advisory Solutions product group, which includes Independent Medical Exam, Nurse Review, Telephone Case Management, and the New Jersey Auto Medical program. Doug has been with Concentra since 2007.
Prior to joining Concentra, Mr. Taylor was with Audatex, formerly ADP Claims Services for 10 years. While at ADP, he served in several leadership roles in both the Payment Solutions and Medical Claims Solutions groups including Director of Project Management and Implementation for ADP Payment Solutions, Director of Operations, Director of Service Delivery and Director of Account Management for ADP Medical Claims Solutions. Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Taylor spent 12 years in the insurance industry with MetLife Auto & Home in roles of increasing responsibility from Claims Adjuster to Home Office Claims Manager.
Mr. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in Communications from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN.
